Kayla joined Nexus in 2020 and primarily focuses on the wellness and beauty sectors. Kayla currently serves on the Board of Directors of Laird Superfood (NYSE: LSF), where she serves as Chair of the Nominating Committee and Chair of the Compensation Committee, Radiant Sky and TOMS Shoes. Previously, Kayla was at Abry Partners, where she focused on investments across the firm’s private equity and senior equity funds. Kayla began her professional career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse. She holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
