Maxwell joined Nexus in 2024. Previously, Maxwell was at Spotify, where he led business operations and project finance for Gimlet, an acquired podcast publishing studio division. Maxwell began his career as a Management Consultant Associate at Boston Consulting Group. Maxwell holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Sc.B. in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.
