Michael co-founded Nexus in 2013 and is a Managing Partner of the firm. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Laird Superfood (NYSE: LSF), Acosta, Careismatic Brands, Dollar Shave Club, Radiant Sky, Sugarbear, TOMS Shoes and Tricam. Michael previously served on the Board of Directors of General Nutrition Centers (NYSE: GNC), Smart & Final (NYSE: SFS) and Sprouts Farmers Market (NASD: SFM). Prior to co-founding Nexus, Michael was a Partner at Apollo Global Management. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Salomon Smith Barney. Michael holds a B.B.A. from Emory University.
